Built-in Nozzle Jetting Tool

Our company offers a detachable hard alloy protective cover, which houses the nozzle of the hydraulic jet tool.

By adopting the internal hard alloy nozzle, and selecting the super-hard alloy nozzle, the working displacement and sand passing capacity are significantly enhanced, thereby solving the problem of nozzle diameter expansion after the conventional nozzle has a large sand passing volume.

By applying a hard alloy protective sleeve on the tool body, the erosion resistance and anti-splash ability of the tool can be significantly enhanced, effectively prolonging the service life of the hydraulic jet tool. With a single set of tool, it can complete more than 60 operations.

The hard alloy sheath and nozzle can be easily repaired and replaced later, thereby reducing the operational costs for customers.

The nozzle arrangement can be customized according to customer requirements. It can be arranged in a fixed planar manner or distributed in a spiral phased manner.
